Use a nutrient-based vitamin-based cream. Especially vitamin A (retinol) is important. Vitamin A is an antioxidant, an anti-radical that protects the skin. It makes it less sensitive and increases renewal. By aging, the process of renewal slows down. If the skin first took about 28 days to renew, it will put us in the 30’s or even more days. The skin starts to dehydrate and the first wrinkles are formed. Also collagen production, which gives the skin elasticity decreases and the skin loses tone. Vitamin A instead stimulates the process of renewal and collagen production. The result is a more elastic skin and more tonic forms.

Do not do the little hours! At night (in the dark) renewal of the skin is accelerated. In winter you need more sleep than in summer. Give your skin the time it takes to renew yourself.

If you want to treat yourself to a beauty center, it is recommended to start with an exfoliation of the skin. Good exercise for the eyes (a weak point as well as the neck and hands) is as follows: bring the pupils without frowning upward for about 4 seconds and then down for about 4 seconds. Repeat the exercise about 3 or 4 times. Then move the pupils to the left, then to the center, then to the right side. Also repeat this exercise about 3 or 4 times. These exercises stimulate the eyelid (the orbicularis) and the muscle that shrinks and enlarges the eyes (procerus).

Eliminate – if possible – harmful factors such as smoke, lamps, sun, air conditioning (this advice is also valid for summer).

Cover the parts normally exposed as your face and hands. Protect these parts with gloves and scarves as exposure to cold and wind marks the skin.

Do not hesitate to use the foundation, just choose the one indicated for your skin. The foundation protects the skin against cold and wind. If your skin tends to be dry, choose a moisturizing foundation. If your skin is greasy, choose an oil-free foundation with a matte effect.
